By using QRCodeUltra ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and QRCodeUltra. By accessing or using the Service, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms.

QRCodeUltra provides tools for generating, managing, and analyzing QR codes. The free tier allows generation of static QR codes without account creation. Registered users may access additional features as described on the pricing page.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Generate QR codes containing illegal, harmful, or malicious content
- Distribute malware, phishing links, or fraudulent content
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Use the Service in any way that could damage, disable, or impair it
4. Intellectual Property
The QRCodeUltra name, logo, and software are owned by QRCodeUltra and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. QR codes you generate using content you own remain your property. We claim no ownership over the content you encode.
5. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. Static QR codes are generated client-side; we do not guarantee any specific scan rate or compatibility with all scanners.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, QRCodeUltra shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you violate these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion, without prior notice.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
